preparation for Singapore

Recently I am preparing the trip to Singapore. Fortunately one of my best friends is living there who can lead me the road as a tour guide, and tell me the current climate and weather that for me to prepare the luggage .

Second day and the third day, possibly I will wake up late that I need a well sleep to regain my strength that is my habit in the travel. When I traveled to New York State, a lady I met there taught me a good lesson that the person who did the devil thing will get paid. Once time before I did not believe this as I was my own boss that I only trust myself. I believe in what I believe and neglect the feeling that other do, was not willing to accept others’ advices. I was so stubborn that time and fortunately I was lucky to come cross this turning point.

During the days, I was enjoying the blue sea, beautiful sky, seeing people help each other who not only don't mind the trouble I caused but also tell me how to calm down the emotion, decrease the temp, to notice that u help people, people will do u a favor in return. So yes I believe karma absolutely.

After I came back to my hometown, I still keep in touch on skype with that lady who seems to my mental mentor in my life as she changed my values totally. Sometimes I told her what happened to me, on my work, on my family lately, sometimes she told me what changed there, the trees, the climate and the people who move out the small town.

For long time being frustrating on work, on the complex relationships between colleagues, especially on the ridiculous and rush decision on Bangladesh, I am tired of all the things, all the fighting, all the against.

It was supposed to be a team that should be united, hardworking, fighting for a same goal. I don't know what is going on outside world, but here is full of quarrel, betray, squeeze. Someone is not willing to co-work with someone, or jealous about someone so he united others to against the person, talking bad words to leader behind him. But there is no wall that doesn’t spread news which means finally someone will reveal the information. That leads to argue and distrust which I am very disappointed of.

How could I continue to stay in such a distrusted atmosphere where I think it should be my second home?  How could I bear the inside heart fighting all day long? How am I suppose to regard it as the place where I want to develop my personal career? Or I put that in another way, does the society play games like what happen in my office? Are the other people act like my colleagues? It there any solution I can choose except resigning?

What I am depressed most is that my respected mentor lied to me in face. I don't know how she felt when she talked to me and acted like nothing happened. But I hate lies. Perhaps my constellation is Leo which doomed to like freedom and honesty.

I am getting busy, and my parents are getting old, is the question that whether they should stay in home or stay in nursing home.

Due to the single child policy carried out by government, how to raise the old people becomes a controversial issue which has been brought into public focus for many years. Quite a few people hold the view that the old people should stay at home as they are parents who give birth to them. However, many others point out that nowadays the young people spend much time on work, and they have no brothers and sisters to help to look after them. In my option, old people should stay at home. But in my view, I support that the best way for taking good care of them is to let them stay at home.

There are many reasons. To begin with, they are our closer relatives who raise us from baby to grow up. It’s comforting to see them at house by knowing the current physical conditions. Secondly, aged people, who live with their children, will not feel lonely. Their children can hire a expertise to do look after them. And if they have grandchild, it will be perfect to have grandchild around. My grandmother is a good example, who lives with us for all years and she still feels happy and healthy at home.

Of course there must be opposite opinions, believing that it's convenient for placing old people in nursing house because the children work overtime often and have no time to company with them. Besides, there are many other old people live there, who can make new friends and chat together. Thirdly, many responsible people who trained by expertise can take good care of them.

Both suggestions have their own reasons. As far as I concerned, I still agree with keeping the old people at home.

There are many positive reasons that let the criminal do something outside prison as punishment.

First, most criminals ,who are not bad guy, just chose the wrong way or influenced by the bad family atmosphere when they are grow up. They are not able to distinguish what is good or not because no one was there to teach them. If they are punished by doing good things with helping people or supporting the charity activities, maybe the conscience will be arisen in their deep heart. And they could feel the love around them and are turned into good person who will continue to spread this spirit.

Secondly, the criminals can be regarded as a free labor to help the government do the tough and secret stuff, like producing money, which is confidential in the record. What’s more, it also can save the money for government to pay extra salary and take risk to hire people to do it. It's a win- win result.

 

Thirdly, few prisoners committed the crime by mistakes. It was the time they were out of mind and were pushed by psychical stimulations, which was not really expected by them. If doing good things can pay back to public and release the pain by what they have done, they are willing to regret and make up for the mistakes. They are expecting one more chance to return to a normal life.

In sum, they deserve to be given the second chance to restart their new life even if they did crime before. It's the human rights and we should respect it. But we need to consider the result over and over before the decision will be made, and we have to accept everything even if the worst part will happen.

should students pay tuition for themselves?

The controversial issue is often brought into public focus. People from different background hold different attitude towards the issue.

Today’s topic is that some people say university students should pay for their entire tuition fee. To what extent, do u agree or disagree?

In my part, I totally disagree about paying for all tuition by students their own. I have the right to speak out for them as i was one of a member of college before. People might believe that nowadays college students are adults who are capable enough to make money to support their study. However, can anyone image the results of that?

First of all, students need to spend much time to do a part-time job at least about 20 hours per week. Sometimes they have to skip the class to fulfill the part-time job hour which means that they might miss some important lessons. After a whole semester, it might affect the final score. More badly, some students want to make as much as money they can so that they drop off the school. They found making money is better than learning for their family’s best which is totally not the initial intention.  

 

Secondly, some students do study and labor job overtime everyday, which might cause the physical problems like lacking of sleep, headache, stomache, ect…it has a good influence on the grow up process. They are making money by damaging their body health.

Thirdly, probably they will miss the association activities when they are in the mid of part- time job. They will miss the best time that they only have 4 years in the college with friends, mates, the happiest hour before they go to the real society.

In the end, I am against the idea that let the students pay the tuition for themselves, maybe they can pay just a part of it to release the burden of their family.

Today is my friend Abuoy’s birthday. I want to surprise him as he deserves a good birthday celebrate after such a hard working days.

We’ ve known each other for one month ago because he want to learn English, then he found me on skype. He is from Morocco which is a small Africa country. I like his ambition that he wants to set up his own business, to be a boss in few years. Now he is trying to earn the foundation money and learn English to plan for the future.

I disguise to a man and register a new account to send him a friend request about learning English. he had no doubt. We talked as usual starting from the name, nationality, job like this. Then I said I have a premonition that today is his birthday. He was so surprised that how I knew that. I said I am Eva’ brother. How bad I am…hahah  of course I was kidding, at last I told my real identity and he appreciated that.

Today how about talking about the travel? Where have you been? Which place you like most? And do u like to travel alone or with company?

I am planning to go Singapore next month maybe, after I get my visa first. But as we all know, the flight ticket on summer holiday is much more expensive than off season’s about twice high. In addition, the hotels are booked by tourism agency , few vacant rooms left. I have to say my reservation was truly very late during my schedule, but who cares, I’d love to pay more money for one pleasure trip.

Maybe I just want to run away from the place where I live, where I work, so many anxiety, depression, disappointments are around me lately which almost make breathless. Just hope Running away can help me to think over the whole process, to think about the future, to have a clear to make a decision that what I should do next step.

I want to ask a question first, Have u ever been lied by the person who u r every count on? He or she hide the truth from you that they don't really like u, like ur personality, or they tell others they don’t like u behind you but pretend to like u at front of u. u just like a idiot that u put all ur trust on them, tell them every piece of ur mind, all ur thoughts, all the stories happen in ur life, u wanna share everything with them, however, things turn out they laugh with u behind u, they spread those stories, mind to another people, eventually evey body knows. Fortunately, u found out a clue before things get worse. U figure out they are not be reliable when some really good friends tell u, and what they had done before to others, what they behave. They think money is all the points, and they purchase the max profit no matter what. They take friends as a little move to big success.

Today I was told a story about a divorce of a couple. This couple has been known each other since they were little young as their parents are good friends in the same college and work together. They married just because their parents asked them to build a family together when they were single when they were 28 years old. Maybe they knew each other, but they don’t love each other. And one year later, they got a baby, a cute son who brings a happy time to the whole family. Everyone was around this baby, to hug it, feed it and make it laugh.

 However, the happy time wasn’t last long. Wife quitted the job to look after baby, and the husband needed to work more hard to earn more money to support the family expense. Days was getting tough, the argues about the trivial matters was getting more frequent. Husband was getting tired of the relationship between them, so he made a girl friend online via skype. They chatted so comfortable and feel easy to express themselves. They talked about their life, their job and found common thing on others. They though they fall in love. And they began to call. Today I teach someone Chinese. Haha, it’s funny

Many people said Chinese is the most difficult language to learn, but with the rapid development of china, and the Chinese population being full around the world, Chinese language is getting more popular. There is a Chinese language leaning heated landing all around.

There is a guy called wade, who is willing to learn Chinese pronunciation. He asked me how to say hello, yes, no, byebye, how r u, simple sentences like this. He wanted to hear the really accent, that’s why I ask him to record skype calls which he can repeat the accent of what I said again and again. In addition, he brought a book which is about simple greeting sentences of Chinese words. However I thought it’s totally horrible as there is the English accent above to teach the readers to pronounce the Chinese by following the English accent. It’s a wrong way if u want to learn really Chinese language.

As usually, first, I type four tones for him, like – / ^ \ . 5 vowels have those four tones. Then I made some samples to let him identify which one is the correct accent of what I said. Just like a match game. When he got know to it, it’s much easier to move on.

new office decoration~ so fantastic！

Recent days we are decorating our new business office in Bangladesh. We sent a representative there, but our manager didn’t fly there because of so many affairs and businesses needed to handle with. But he claimed if there is anything important, he must be informed at first.  That young guy kept that in mind as it’s his first time go aboard alone to make the decoration things.  He had no similar experience before. Our manager wishes young people could take the challenges on ourselves, so that is the reason why the 23 years old graduates Henry was sent as soon as he left college. After arriving at Dhaka office, he was keeping searching for a Art Decoration Firm with good decoration quality and high reputation. Today I went to our factory to inspect the shipping cargo, which will be delivery at this end of weekend. This article is very important as it had been complained once before about its bad workmanship and dirty stain on it. She said our standard is too high to reach.  The labor cost is getting higher and higher, the material is increasing more than expecting, but the target price of sale doesn’t enhance, it’s the same as years ago. The owner couldn't help but only cut down the quality to maintain the living expense and salary for workers.

When I got there, I still found many threads showed outside obviously, especially on the darts of front and back. 7 of 10 shirts I inspected have this problem which is a really huge fault. I informed my manager right away via skype video call and record the whole skype conversation. We need to take a quick action to prevent the client complaint things happen.

Under our strict supervising, the factory has to recheck the garments over again, which means they may stay up all night to finish the cargo until it would be delivered to the port.

It’s a national holiday for U.S.A, give all friends my best wishes. Happy national day!!!

At that day, I was planning to have a skype call to my American friends and express my greatings. I was using a mobile device with my microphone. when I called they was watching a firework show. It was just amazing!!! This reminded me of the time that I stayed in U.S.A for travel ling program. Everyone was so happy to celebrate the holiday, to cheer up for the independence of United States on year 1776. No matter who knows or never know before, people get together around the lawn, like a picnic party, bring the food, popcorn, hamburger, salad,ect, sitting and chatting, more interesting, is the performance.

Many local bureaus has the budget to plan the grand performance show for people to watch. Like inviting band to sing, or play instrument, dancing. The spectator will follow the players do every interesting things. It’s a traditional way to celebrate the holiday in western countries.

I still remember that we drunk a bit at night. ahahah, I was not grow up that day, drinking is not allowed in the law, but who cares, it was a big day for chasing freedom, and enjoying the environment.

It was an unforgettable memory in my life. I would appreciate the experience which broaden my mind, keep my eyes open for the big world. Furthermore, it affect me the value in my deep down heart.
