how we can get an evidence in business field to prevent cheating


As we all know China is one of the world’s biggest textile countries which export much fabric, garments every year to USA, European. However, as the increasing labor cost, wage inflation, labor shortage, a shift to higher-value manufactured products have made China less attractive than Bangladesh as a source for garments.


I just saw a news today said “Drawn by the lower costs, even Chinese garment businesses are moving to Bangladesh.”. One representative of China appeal company, Cherry wu said, his boss used to own a manufactory in China with 3,000 workers 10 years ago, but now it employs just 200 there and 2,500 in Bangladesh.
So once time we decided to move factory to Bangladesh, but we are not familiar with the working atmosphere, the production condition and most important, the price. We contact with one factory owner on skype through our friends who stay in Bangladesh as a representative in other apparel company. On the call the owner said he has 2 garment factories, both if which employee at least 3000 stuffs, keeping excellent facilities, safe work place to make sure every stuff can enjoy its work hours here. We recorded our conversation on this remotely record Skype. At that time, we was so excited to plan to have a investigate in Bangladesh.


Unfortunately, when we arrived there, the working condition is very tough. Female workers are pushed to overtime for sewing garments. And the building where they stay is not safe at not, we barely see the EMERGENCY EXITS, and the FIRST AID BOXES. What we saw in manufactory upset us, and not even close to what he said in skype call. fortunately, we had the recorder as an evidence. Finally, we had to look around to search for another better factory.
