can the skype recorder be a supervisor software in company?


I said once in my former blogger that I met with some new friends through Skype forums, Especially the Skype Recorder section. We exchange a lot of ideas and share the experience about this skype recorder after we used it personally. Many of us are office stuffs who sit down in front of desk, looking at the company all day long. Also we have to pick up variety calls from our clients, which will lead to headache.


Simon is an operator in a telecom company. They open heated online calls on skype, due to the hi-tech, it’s more convenient now to receive calls online and answer the questions that customers ask. With the rapid development of tech, plenty of software and programmers are invented to serve people, to make fun, to help people solve the job problem. Like office software, every time we report the results, make the conclusion, raise the questions, PPT is a must for all those kinds of things, which have to be demonstrate to leaders, colleagues, partners. PPT can make your points more clearer, more understandable. As well as the skype recorder, Simon said, with this software, their boss can supervise what exactly they are doing on the working time, how they answer the questions to customers, and if they explain the correct situation. The leaders can listen to any recorders call from the files, which can make him easily to monitor people, and stuffs can not change the info on the call, all of them are real record skype conversations.



It gives me a idea that skype record is becoming a supervisor software which is used in many companies. If it can get things efficient, why can not we buy it as company general software?
